#Purchases
Error #1:
INVALID_PRICE_PASSED
When you run accounts in the US, each state has different rates for sales tax. This is why Tinder asks for the zipcode (to calculate the correct rate). Purchase prices are calculated based on the IP location. If the zipcode you provided doesn't match your IP geo-location, you will get the INVALID_PRICE_PASSED error.
Solution:
To solve this issue you need to match the zipcode with the IP geo-location. Tinder doesn't compare the zipcode and the name provided with the details the card issuer has on file. Simply match the zipcode with your IP geo-location. Alternatively, you can use the zipcode 60176 which works every time. It is also vital to match the timezone to your proxy location during checkout.
Error #2:
FRAUD_CHECK_FAILED - 40036
Tinder, just most other apps uses external payment processors for purchases via VCCs. For each failed card transaction (because of any reason), Tinder gets charged a fee. After three declined purchases on a single Tinder account, Tinder will permamently block any card purchases on the account (due to financial losses).
Solution:
Use a new card and a new Tinder account if you want to use purchases. There is no way to avoid this, support won't help and they'll ask you to make the purchase via the native mobile app (Google Play Store or Apple Store).
Error #2:
SERVER_REFUSED - 40002
Solution:
Use a new card and don't spam and wait a while, if this doesn't work, you need to create a new Tinder account.
